基于構件技術的醫院門診信息系統的研究

摘要
隨著信息產業的飛速發展，醫院信息化建設也得到了很大的發
展，醫院己基本上建成了以經濟管理信息為核心的醫院信息系統，但
醫院的信息化發展起點比較晚，因此其有著很大的發展前景。建立以
管理患者診斷治療信息為核心的臨床醫療信息系統是醫院信息化發
展的總體目標。
本課題以湘雅二醫院為背景，開發基于構件技術的醫院門診信息
系統。本課題運用的是基于面向對象的設計思想，采用UML語言來
抽取對象，以微軟SQL Server 2000為后臺數據庫，完成一個實用的
基于構件技術的醫院門診信息系統的設計。
本文以醫院信息系統為背景，研究了構件技術、軟件體系結構和
UML及相關理論，詳細論述了基于構件的軟件開發方法。然后對醫
院門診的現狀進行了需求分析，得到了相應的用戶需求，功能需求以
及相應的數據類圖，提出了基于構件的三層體系結構；對門診系統中
門診掛號工作站，門診醫師工作站，門診收費工作站，門診藥房工作
站，門診管理工作站等模塊進行了詳細設計，得到了各個功能模塊系
統工作流程、系統的功能結構設計圖；實現了基于微軟SQL Server
數據庫設計。接著，對系統研究過程中使用的關鍵技術進行了詳細的
介紹，包括UML技術、J2EE構件技術等關鍵技術在系統中所發揮的
作用，并且給出了病人信息查詢構件的設計實現。
基于構件技術的醫院門診信息系統的研究，提高了醫院系統應用
軟件的通用性、可復用性和可維護性，為湘雅二醫院數字化醫院的軟
件工程化研發、由傳統型軟件開發模式向新型的基于構件的軟件開發
模式轉化進行了初步嘗試。

ABSTRACT
With the fast development of information technology industry,the
building of hospital information has been developed greatly,and hospital
information system based on information of economy and management
has been built basically,but the development of hospital information
began SO late that it has great prospect．The general purpose of hospital
information system is building medical information system based on
managing diagnosis information ofthe patients．
This topic develops HIS based on component technology under the
background of The second XiangYa hospital．It uses the object．oriented
idea，chooses objects by UML and MS SQL Server 2000 as backstage
database，and finishes an operational design of HIS based on component
technology．
This paper studies component technology,software system structure，
UML and the related theories，it also discusses software development
method in the background of HIS．Later,it analyzes the present demand
of the hospital，gets corresponding user demands，function demands and
data chart，and puts forwards three-layers system structure based on
component．It designs some modules：the register working station，the
doctor working station，the charging station，pharmacy working station，
and managing working station of the outpatient department in detail，and
finally gets the working flow of system，the system function structure
design drawing of each function module．In addition，it realizes the
design bases on database of MS SQL Server,and introduced the key
technology in system research in detail including：UML technology,J2EE
technology,and SO on；still it presents design realization of patient
information inquiring component．
The research of hospital outpatient information system based on
component technology enhances the versatility,reuse，maintainability,
and has made the preliminary attempt on research and development of
software engineering，transformation from traditional software
development mode to the new mode based on component technology．
