臨床科室應用計算機管理系統(tǒng)的體會

[摘 要] 筆者報道醫(yī)院病房應用住院信息網(wǎng)絡管理系統(tǒng)的體會。介紹醫(yī)院住院信息管理系統(tǒng)的組成及功能,闡述病人管理、
醫(yī)囑管理、工作單、信息查詢、數(shù)據(jù)維護操作方法,認為該系統(tǒng)在應用過程中操作簡便,功能齊全,對醫(yī)院住院管理實現(xiàn)科學化、規(guī)
范化、系統(tǒng)化,提高護理人員素質(zhì),提高醫(yī)護質(zhì)量和工作效率,減少醫(yī)患矛盾起到重大的作用。

Abstract : The author in this paper reviewed their reflection of application of computer2aided management to clinical departments. By introducing the construction
and function of in2hospital information management system and depicting management of patients and medical orders , work pads , information inquiries and main2
taining and operation of data , they argued that the systemwas of simplicity in operation and completion in functions and it posed much influence on the scientifica2
tion , standardization and systematization of in2hospital management . It helped not only increase the quality of medical staff , the quality of medication and nursing
and work efficiency but also reduce the contradictions between medical staff and patients.

為了提高我院管理水平、工作效率,從1999 年3
月實施了第1 期網(wǎng)絡工程—門診收費信息網(wǎng)絡管理
系統(tǒng);2000 年9 月實現(xiàn)了第2 期網(wǎng)絡工程—住院信
息網(wǎng)絡管理系統(tǒng);第3 期工程—電子病歷即將實現(xiàn)。
通過2 年多的實踐和完善,利用計算機住院信息管
理系統(tǒng)進行病房的病人管理、醫(yī)囑管理等,收到了良
好的效果。
