放射科DICOM 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)PACS 的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】 目的 以我院影像存檔及傳輸系統(tǒng)(picture archiving and communication system ,PACS)
的設(shè)計(jì)、構(gòu)建為例,探討適合中國國情的醫(yī)學(xué)數(shù)字影像傳輸( digital imaging and communications in
medicine ,DICOM) 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的PACS 發(fā)展模式。方法 按階段性發(fā)展、模塊化結(jié)構(gòu)和DICOM 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)3 個(gè)原
則設(shè)計(jì),并制訂出3 期發(fā)展細(xì)節(jié)。結(jié)果 按PACS I 期設(shè)計(jì)、構(gòu)建PACS 模塊間的網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接,實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)字
影像的網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸、及時(shí)瀏覽顯示及膠片打印等幾個(gè)主要功能,并成功地完成了系統(tǒng)在DICOM 層次的
設(shè)置、調(diào)試和影像交流。結(jié)論 根據(jù)我院DICOM 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)PACS 的設(shè)計(jì),成功地完成I 期系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建及
運(yùn)行,初步表明,我院PACS 設(shè)計(jì)是符合中國國情的PACS 發(fā)展的一個(gè)可行方案。

【Abstract】 Purpose To explore the developing model of picture archiving and communication sys2
